Online Memorials – Terms and Conditions of Use

By contributing text, photographs, or any other material to Drake Memorial Park’s online memorials, you agree to grant to the Drake Memorial Park, free of charge, permission to display the material as it considers appropriate. Copyright in your contribution remains with you.

In the case of tributes added to Drake Memorial Park online memorials, we normally show your name with your contribution. Please do not endanger yourself or others when contributing to online memorials. We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example: telephone number, postal address, home address or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified) in any contribution.

You must obtain the consent of anyone who is identifiable in either text or photographs contributed to online memorials. In the case of children under 16, you must obtain the consent of their parent or guardian.

You must not impersonate anyone else.

Contributions:

The Drake Memorial Park reserves the right at any time to delete any contribution which violates these rules or causes offence in any other way. The username and password of any memorial administrator may be revoked if unsuitable memorials are repeatedly created.
If you do not wish to grant to Drake Memorial Park the permissions set out above on these terms, please do not contribute to Drake Memorial Park online memorials.
